Add markdown support to the com_html

after it is converted to com_pages. We can check for the .php or .md file extensions and decide how to render them. #MarkDown

Removing html formatting from comments and topics

I am seriously considering to remove html #formatting from the comments and topics. It is doing more harm than good and we haven't found a solid server side solution to make sure that html tags are formatted and closed correctly.
