All the comment actions are now working using #JQuery everywhere. Delete actions are working on the story feed and media. A lot of the complex #javascript code has been rewritten in JQuery. Once all the actions on the dashboard and actor profiles are working we can claim that most of the Javascript work has been accomplished.

I find myself leaning more and more towards #javascript over #PHP and, for me, it keeps coming back to the debugging abilities. It's so easy with with build in consoles in browsers, but #xdebug is a giant pain. I wish there was a better.
