Hello Tribe, I successfully managed to include custom fields to the person's #profile by using @rastin opensocial approach, and they are rendering right in profile's edit information section. Now what I am trying to do is include those new fields in the #registration form. I already overrode com_people/person/add_modal.php in my component, but don't know how to save my custom data to the new ...

Remove Connect From Profile

To avoid confusion, #Connect should not appear under the user's #profile if the service is not enabled. You can see this #bug by going to administrator and click on 'No' to #facebook and #twitter connect, the 'Enable' button or the entire view (if all are disabled) should be hidden.

Problem with overriding com_actors

Hello tribe,

I don't know if the next is a bug or an expected behavior:

When I tried to override default #profile #settings view, I couldn't do it. Then looking into ComActorsViewSettingsHtml file I found the following config instruction (on line 46)

404 - Exception KHttpException

Edit profile > Info > Published: Yes To get the error, you must set change Published from yes to no and then go back in and change it to yes. It will then trigger the 404 error page.
