Same thing happens with us also when started with Anahita that we should go or not... and one day on beer session... Anahita finalized :) and now things shaping up.

Same thing is happening with the whole #LeanStartup movement. I really like the Steve Blank's #CustomerDiscovery model alongside with the agile product development, however the LeanStartup has morphed into a cult and Cool Aid scheme with not enough evidence to back it up. In many startup accelerators if you are not Lean, the Wantrepreneurs automatically assume that you are doing it wrong.
