composer create-project doesn't create the anahita file

I was trying to install Anahita on a Rackspace Ubunto/Apache server, but the command composer create-project didn't create the anahita file and as a result I wasn't able to proceed with the anahita specific composer commands.

Ups - Thanks for add this on the to-do list Rastin :) I am now on my way to have a go at Rackspace, and I just came to the same issue being decribed, so I guess I will not be able to proceed with this one right now.

@Bent do you have a server that I can connect and test to see if this bug still exists or not?

Yes I have still a server running on Rackspace (created as a Ubuntu/Apache server) - it has not been working so I planned to cancel until the issue mentioned was sorted out - but you are welcome to use it so we can see if it works out - tell me what you need and what to do.

Will you please be able to try installing Anahita from the master branch on your server?
I will for sure - I have to wait until tomorrow evening now - but I will try it as my saturday night amusement and return with the outcome asap :)
Is this issue resolved?
I did not manage to complete then due to my own restriction on basic skills to deploy on Rackspace, but I still have an account and would like to try it again now.
Please try and let me know
I am trying installations and updates this week. Was there ever made a page for installation on Rackspace (It has been a mentioned theme her at Anahitapolis, but I could not find any guide on this right now).
I am at it now. LAMP (including curl) and Composer Should be installed OK (and only Composer.phar is in root), but when I write: "composer create-project anahita/project myproject" - I get: "No command 'composer' found, did you mean: Command 'compose' from package 'mime-support' (main)composer: command not found"

When using "php composer.phar create-project anahita/project myproject" Anahita 3.0.3 installs - but when I cd to Myproject and run " php anahita site:init" - I get anahita bin composer.json composer.lock packages README.md tasks vendor - but Anahita does not appear on the relevant IP?

This issue needs to be reviewed and debugged. Also I think it is only happening on some servers. Anybody else experiencing the same issue? Any clues of what's causing it? Finding the reason is half the solution.

I must admit, I become a little unsure if I really try to view the page where I should. I use the Rackspace IP adress, and there is still the "Apache2 welcome page". Perhaps I need to adjust something to make it point towards Anahita? (however - even if the installation was running, the site:init did not seem to complete).
We are using Nginx on Rackspace and things are working so far. I only use Apache on my local machine. I am going to rebuild a new server for Anahitapolis once Anahita version 4.0 is tagged. Then I can also go over the installation workflow. In the mean time we appreciate any contribution from other tribe members. I know Nick did some pull requests last month that are now part of the master branch.
