Could xAPI be relevant in connection with Anahita?

I know focus will be on 4.0 for the moment being, but I was just courious to hear if xAPI could be relevant in connection with Anahita - and if so - how it could be used?

Certainly it won't be somethign that we'll make part of the core Anahita, but I don't see why it cannot be developed as a custom component that provides an xAPI for a LMS developed using Anahita.
