People may like short and well-titled podcast more

First, I really like the content of Anahita podcast and learned a lot from the discussion. Just some suggestions that might not be important:

1) It's too long, 40-60 mins each. 2) It's too juicy for one episode.

Considering most discussions raised from different people have relatively separate interests, is it possible to split the content and then title them?

It requires extra work and time to do so though. If you think it's not worth the time. So be it. I'm still happy to listen to your podcast #suggestions

Hi Zhuo,
The format of the podcast is largely inspired by the Leo Laporte's "This Week In Tech" from www.TWIT.tv where the theme of the show is determined by the attendees and the people on their chatroom. TWIT has been one of the most successful technology podcasts and one of the best sources of technology news and insight. It all started when Leo and his friends got laid off from TechTV and one evening he sat on his exercise ball, called his friends on skype, and started chatting about technology and they recorded the sessions and published it with minimum editing. Today people on the chatroom suggest the topics on the spot and people in the panel should have the technical skills and knowledge to comment on them. They have done over 200 episodes so far.
There are many ways to do podcasts. Again we are not podcasters, we just love to get together and talk about Anahita and we can have any unexpected questions thrown at us and we do our best to answer them on the spot. That is why the topic and theme of an episode is unknown until it is done.
it is also a format that we can afford to do with our super busy schedule. The more scripted and structured they become, they more work they are and therefore we won't be able to afford the time and resources to continue creating them. These are simply recorded and documented sessions where we answer people's questions. They are by no means meant to be "shows" or "programs" similar to the polished radio shows.
We have also done only 3 episodes. For the future podcasts we will slowly start to make changes to the format to introduce variety.  For example some of our members have quite a bit to contribute so we like to have a more round table session rather than the FAQ model that they question and we answer.
again we create as we go :)

Thank you @Zhuo, I guess one of the benefits of the podcast has been the ability for people to hear the passion in our voice. We also wanted to communicated that Anahita is more than just code and software. It is a way of thinking and an approach to solving social networking problems and building projects of that nature.
